Located in Donkey Kong Country near Kandy's Sweets n Treats and Funky Kong's Banana Warehouse is the stage for the Donkey Konga Dance Party. In the guest area large sets of drums and bongos made out of crates, barrels, and other materials that the Kongs have been able to scrounge together on the island. Throughout the day guests can come and play the drums, but during showtimes cast members will take over to play the drums. On the stage a large crate that says DK hides the DJ booth, it will pull from the DJ booth seen in the opening intro of Donkey Kong 64. During showtime a regular cast member will also man the DJ Booth.

The dance party opens with a rewritten DK Rap. As the song plays out the respective DK character comes out, these characters include: DK, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong, Lanky Kong and Funky Kong. The Kongs will dance on stage during the DK Rap, and three will go join the party with the guests as two others stay on stage to dance. While the music plays the performers at the drums will hit the bongos and other drums in time with what the game, Donkey Konga, would have suggested in its levels. After each show the Kongs stay to greet guests.

Some songs guests can expect to dance to along with the DK Rap include other songs from the game series such as:
- Para Los Rumberos by Tito Puente
- All Star by Smash Mouth
- September by Earth, Wind & Fire
- I Want You Back by Jackson 5
- La Bamba by Los Lobos
- Jungle Boogie by Kool & the Gang

And many more great songs that the songs love to get down and jungle jive to!
