Cloud 9 Gifts

Tying into the Metro-Retro Historical Society setting of Dreamflight, Cloud 9 Gifts is set up like a Renaissance-era workshop, perhaps the workshop of Leonardo da Vinci. Bare-bone, wooden depictions of planes and other flying machines hang overhead. Statues of such aviation luminaries as the Wright Brothers, Amelia Earhart, Charles Lindbergh, Howard Hughes and Chuck Yeager are displayed around the shop, like the statues surrounding the stage of The American Adventure. The wares sold here mostly involve planes and aviation in some way: plane kits, toy planes, hot-air balloons, and all other sorts of sci-fi trinkets.

Gifts from Beyond

Adjacent to Flight of the Navigator sits Gifts from Beyond, “sponsored” by the Dr. Faraday Institute. The quirky shop is actually a damaged spaceship, converted into a tourism shop, run by Phaelon Fred, a cycloptic alien who is a big fan of the Trimaxion technology, and has made a lot of merchandise based around Flight of the Navigator. Guests can buy t-shirts, and other clothes, Trimaxion models and toys, and buy merch from the “Days Gone By” corner, paying homage to other Disney sci-fi films like The Black Hole and Tron.
